Reshma comes from a small family in Thoothukudi. She is the first graduate in her family. Her father works as a fisherman, and her mother helps him. She also has two younger brothers in school.
After finishing her B.Com, Reshma struggled to find a good job. Many companies asked for technical skills she did not have. She felt stuck and worried about her family’s future. During a conversation with her school friend, she was told about Salesforce training at FITA Academy. Reshma researched and visited FITA. The trainers explained the course clearly, and Reshma felt confident to join.
The course was new and sometimes hard. But the trainers were patient and helped her understand step by step. She practiced a lot and prepared for certification. After completing the course, Reshma got a job as a Junior Salesforce Administrator in Thoothukudi at 3.5 LPA. She is happy to support her family and plans to keep learning.
Reshma says learning Salesforce changed her life. She wants other young people to work hard and never give up.
