Nivetha was working in a small company in Singapore, doing manual testing. Work was routine and growth felt slow. She wanted to shift into automation testing, as it had better scope. After checking few options, she joined Playwright coaching in Singapore at FITA Academy, mainly because Playwright is used for modern web apps and gives faster results.
In the beginning, she was not very comfortable with coding. But trainers explained things in simple way, with examples. She started learning step by step, like cross-browser testing, API checks, and end-to-end automation. With regular practice and small tasks, she slowly got confidence and tried writing scripts on her own.
After finishing the course, she attended interviews through placement support. Since she had some real practice and understood basics clearly, it helped her perform better. In a short time, she got placed as an Automation Test Engineer in a growing company in Singapore with a good salary.
Now she feels more stable in her career. Earlier she was stuck in manual testing, now she moved into automation. Her journey shows if learning is consistent, things can change slowly.
