Ramanathan is basically from a village near Tirunelveli and graduated with a B.E (C.S) degree from a private engineering college in Tirunelveli. During his degree, due to a lack of proper practical skills, he came out with just theoretical knowledge but with an 8 CGPA. With this he got placed in a start-up company via campus interview. Then he moved to chennai to join the company and started working as a Network engineer trainee there for 2 months; he was under pressure since he didn’t know anything practically. That was the time he realised marks obtained in the exams, or a degree is not only enough to work, but practical knowledge like working on tools and techniques is also mandatory. He was gradually learning something from the company in 2 months, but that did not help him to do projects before the deadline. Every time, he was supposed to miss something and mess up with the work. This leads him to escalations by the team leader for underperformance.
Ramanathan felt low, quit the job and went back to Tirunelveli. To encounter this he decided to equip himself with hands-on skills in networking and started searching for the Best CCNA Training Institute in Tirunelveli.
