Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you should contact us at ntkbusinessdk@gmail.com and you will get the address you'll ship to.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you live in Denmark we suggest that you ship with DAO on www.Coolrunner.dk
If the package gets lost, you will not get the refund, so if you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Changing or canceling an order
We can change or cancel an order that has already been submitted, if it's still waiting for fulfillment. We take 1–5 business days to make your ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped and being fulfilled within 3 business days or less.
Note that changing a product within an order (product's variant, size, or design file) will reset the order deadline. This may result in a longer fulfillment time.
