Harish completed his engineering in 2020, but he was not happy with his job as a site supervisor. He had long working hours, very less salary, and no growth. He always wanted to work in IT, but he didn’t know how to switch. He also felt nervous because he didn’t have any coding background.
One of his cousins, who had studied at FITA Academy, suggested that he join a testing course. After joining, Harish liked the way the trainers explained every topic clearly. They taught him from the basics, gave real-time projects, and cleared all his doubts. He slowly started understanding coding and automation tools. The trainers always encouraged him and made sure he didn’t feel left out even though he was from a non-IT background.
Once the course was completed, the placement team helped him prepare for interviews with mock sessions and resume building. Within a few weeks, Harish got placed in QA Infotech as a Test Engineer with a salary package of 3.2 LPA.
