Karthikeyan completed his Mechanical Engineering in 2019. But due to family issues and the pandemic, he had a career gap of almost three years. During that time, he tried to apply for jobs in local companies, but most openings required either fresh graduates or professionals with good communication in international languages. This gap started to affect his confidence.
One of his close friends, who was already working in Germany, advised him to learn German language. He also shared that companies looking for opportunities in German markets preferred employees who could handle basic German conversations. On top of that, after checking many reviews online, Karthikeyan came across FITA Academy in Trichy. Many students had shared positive feedback about the trainers, flexible timings.
He decided to join the German Coaching Classes in Trichy at FITA Academy. At first, he was nervous because he had no background in foreign languages. After completing the course, the placement team guided him with resume preparation and interview support. Within a few months, he got a job in Germany.
